Updated Catering Policy

Please read carefully prior to placing a catering order!

ORDERING:

We do not accept catering orders within 3 full business days of your event (M-F no holidays). For all confirmed catering orders, payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.

DELIVERY:

We use third party delivery partners to deliver our catering orders. To accommodate for tardiness or traffic, we schedule deliveries in a 30 minute range. For example, if you request an 11:30am delivery, your order will be scheduled for delivery at 11am.

We also require a phone number for the person who is on site and ready to receive the order. We will call this appointed contact as we arrive to ensure a smooth drop off. If the calls go unanswered for 10 minutes, we will bring all food back to the Deli for pick up.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Orders cancelled 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled within 2-7 days will be given a full credit towards their next event. Credit expires after 30 days. If you are unable to accept a credit, we will refund you 50% of your order.

  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund or credit.

    • Why?! Because we schedule staff, purchase food for your event specifically, and even turn away other catering opportunities to book yours, and we are not able to recoup those costs within 48 hours. Thank you for understanding we are a small business with real people working really hard to make it all happen!
